Thelma R. Noblitt, 80, passed away Sept. 8, 2020, at her home in Great Bend. She was born on Jan. 23, 1940, at Chelsea, Okla., to Veltie and Desie (Chandler) Beebe. She married Dan Noblitt on April 18, 1958, at Norwalk, Calif. He died May 4, 2013.
Coming from Downey, Calif. in 1972, Thelma was a Great Bend resident. She was the hotel manager for Super 8 and a member of First Assembly of God Church in Great Bend. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, reading and baking.
Survivors include, a son, Robert Noblitt and wife Angela, and a daughter, Tammy Noblitt, all of Great Bend; four grandchildren, Michel Maneth (Trevor), Kimber Wedel (Tyler), Daniel Noblitt (Stacy Beiker), and Jeremy King (Jacque); and twelve great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dan Noblitt; three brothers, Lee Beebe, Jim Beebe, and Hank Beebe; and a sister, Lois Merrit.
There will be no services as cremation has taken place. Memorials are suggested to the Golden Belt Home Health & Hospice, in care of Bryant Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent and notice viewed atwww.bryantfh.net.
