Todd L. Leatherman, 48, died Aug. 29 in Great Bend. He was born Sept. 25, 1965 at Great Bend, the son of Bill  and Iona  (Lebsack) Leatherman.
He was a mechanic. Todd  grew up in Great Bend, living the past 20 years in Joplin, Mo. until his illness forced him to move home. He courageously fought cancer for the past four years.
He is survived by daughter: Brianne R. Leatherman , Joplin, Mo.; parents:  Bill and Iona Leatherman, Great Bend; one brother: Steve R. Leatherman of Hutchinson; one sister: Sheila B. Panus, O’Fallon, Mo.; three nieces: Ashley Leatherman, Wichita; Brittany Panus, O’Fallon, Mo. and Bailey Panus, O’Fallon, Mo.
There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorial service may be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Todd Leatherman funeral expense in care of Bryant Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent and notice viewed at www.bryantfh.net.
