HAYSVILLE — Wade Patrick Kern, 58, passed away Sept. 3, 2012 in Oklahoma. Wade was born April 18, 1954 in Great Bend to Kenneth and Ellen (Carter) Kern. He enjoyed woodworking and visiting with family.
He is survived by his significant other, Jan Perricone and her children, April (Dustin) Crouch, Angela (Jesse) Luna, David Perricone and Ashley Lechner; nine grandchildren; siblings, Lee “Phil” Kern, Kenneth Kern and Mary (Ken) Bath; several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Wade was preceded in death by his parents, aunts and uncles.  
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. on Thursday with family present from 5-7 p.m. at Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville. Graveside service is at 11a.m. on Friday at Great Bend Cemetery, Great Bend. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the American Lung Association. www.smithfamilymortuaries.com.
