LARNED — Winnie I. Ashley, 81, passed away Nov. 5 at the Hutchinson Regional Medical Center in Hutchinson. Born Sept. 11, 1933, in Oklahoma, she was the daughter of George and Edna Messner Neal. On Feb. 24, 1957, she married Leonard Ashley.
