Yancy Allen Feck, 56, passed away Aug. 9, 2022, at his home in Great Bend. He was born on Feb. 21, 1966, at Amarillo, Texas to Bobby and Shirley (Surface) Feck. He married Michelle Blankenship on Jan. 29, 1999, at Great Bend.
A longtime resident of Great Bend, Yancy sold chemicals throughout the Midwestern United States to oilfield companies. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and going to the lake. He also could be found working on his rental properties and flipping houses. Yancy’s main joy in life was spending time with his children, grandchildren and spouse but he also developed an inseparable bond with Yodi his Schnoodle over the last several years.
Survivors include, his wife, Michelle Feck of the home; a son, Wyatt Feck and two daughters, Shania Feck and Mallory Damon and husband Brenden all of Great Bend; his mother, Shirley Feck of Ellinwood; three brothers, David Feck and his wife Diane of Conway, S.C., Monte Feck and his wife Lori of Winfield and Shannon Feck and his wife Samantha of Eureka; a sister, Cynthia Patterson and her husband Keith of Great Bend; two grandchildren, Myah and Brantley Damon; numerous nieces and nephews, Tyler, Austin, Shaylee, Michael, Tegan, Tyrece, Cierra, Garrett, Alicia, Skylar, Blake, Kloey, Nichole, Zachary, Odessa and Tanner; and two great nephews, Aiden and Kaison. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Feck.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022 at Bryant Funeral Home, with family to receive friends from 2 to 5:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Aug. 12, 2022, at Bryant Funeral Home, with Pastor Tim Singleton presiding. Memorials have been directed to the University of Kansas Health System to benefit the Kidney Transplant Center, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
