Thank all of you all for the support and who donated to the American Red Cross and our lifesaving mission of collecting blood. With your help, we are able to spread the word about the need for blood and help give patients another chance at life. Your support has made a significant impact on the community and the blood supply. We cannot thank you enough for helping patients in need.
The next Blood drive is Monday at St. Rose Auditorium, 1412 Baker. The time is from 11:15 a.m. till 6:30 p.m.
First time donors are encouraged to team up with someone who has donated before and join them in the blood drive. Please call1-800-GIVE LIFE to schedule an appointment. Walk-in donors are also welcome.
Giving blood is safe and easy, but only five percent of the eligible population actually take the time to donate. This one simple act of kindness can make a world of difference. Donate blood now ... the life you save may be your own.
