Dear Editor,
At the conclusion of Thursday night’s Great Bend City Band Concert an old World War II Vet remarked, “It’s wonderful when you can hear music like that.” In less than 10 words that judgement said it all.
The Great Bend City Band is second to none. On a crowded hot stage, young and old perform with majestic measure that grandest professionals cannot equal. I’ve written kudos to the band before, but an encore is in order. Thanks and loud applause!
