Dear Editor,
Citizens, we have a turmoil going on in our city that is the fault of one man. Anyone who was working for the city at the time of this man and know what he is capable of with respect to employee’s. He has shown that he can keep the books up in really good shape; however, when it comes to relationships with the employees he fails.
I heard a department head tell him one time that he was a good accountant, but his management methods sucked. He could retire and solve the whole problem. Chief Couch is only trying to do the job he was hired for; I’m sure he passed an extensive interview to get the job. So what is the problem.
