In Thursdays paper, In the Public Forum, “There’s plenty of room for budget cutting,” Alice Sneath asked if if she was heartless, selfish or both.
After reading the article I believe she already knows the answer and her the basis of her entire letter is summed up in her own words. “Is no one responsible for the children they spawn?”
My vote is “Both”
