Dear Editor
Thank you so much for the care package. I was the most popular Seabee in Echo Co. when it came in.
I am on Camp Krutke (US Navy Seabee Camp) on Camp Leatherneck. I run the Help Desk for camp Maintenance and keeping up with all the jobs that we are tasked with. I am inside the Wire (on base) and it is pretty safe here at Camp Leatherneck. The weather has started to warm up, around 95-102 degrees, but will be up to 110-120 this summer. I’m not looking forward to that heat.
I should be coming home around (toward the end of the year).
I see my in-laws, Morris and Joyce Stukey, on the names list.
Thank you again, Great Bend Military Moms c/o American Legion Post #180, for the care package.

Dear Editor,
Good Morning Great Bend Military Moms!
I just wanted to drop a quick email to give my thanks for the recent care packages! With the heat starting to pick up here again, the loofa’s, body wash, deodorant and other personal hygiene products were in high demand! The troops always love your boxes, so I thank you so much, it is nice to see them smile. And the candy always goes fast!
Have a great day and please know your hard work and dedication is greatly appreciated here in the desert!
