Dear Editor,
I recently had the opportunity to speak to Thomas Boor about his running for Great Bend City Council, Third Ward.  
After discussing some of my concerns, I was excited to hear about his common sense approach toward fiscal policies and general council practices.  
It is refreshing to have someone interested in getting the community involved with its local government.  
His ideas toward pursuing economic growth by encouraging industrial development that benefits both the city and business brings reliefs as we all want to see Great Bend prosper for both ourselves and our children.  
I know who will be receiving my vote on April 3 and I encourage all other Great Bend citizens to get out and vote as well.
