Dear Editor
My friends,
As most of you know by now, it has been necessary for me to close my surgical practice in order to deal with a unexpected medical problem.
I want to thank each of you collectively and individually for allowing me to participate in your health care. You have helped Sharla and me raise our sons to be the kind of men we all hope for. I am positive that we would never have been as happy or successful in any other place on earth. I am grateful to you folks for making that happen and have many wonderful friends and memories.
