Dear Editor,The radio news said the largest state teachers union has asked the Kansas Supreme Court to re-instate tenure. How ridiculous is this? The state is no longer involved with tenure but the school boards and the administrators are very well able to tenure any teacher in their districts at any time they choose and they know it.
