Dear Editor,
I would like to give a great big thank you to the Great Bend paramedics, Fire Department and Police Department.
Also, a thank you to the fireman from South Dakota who stopped to help.
You saved my life when I had an insulin reaction on my way home on June 4.
I will be forever in your debt.
