Dear Editor,
Another Memorial Day has come and gone. Many family members took the time to buy flowers and other decorations to memorialize their loved ones’ graves. This is a time to remember loved ones that have passed before us and celebrate them.
Unfortunately, there are those among us which don’t have any regard for this holiday or for other people’s feelings. Two beautiful flower baskets were stolen off of my mother’s and stepdad’s graves which were put there by their granddaughter. I will never understand how someone could do such a thing. Do these thieves not have any loved ones that they have lost? Not only were we disrespected, but my mother and step-dad were disrespected also. Shame on you!
