Dear Editor,
I am writing this letter to ask the voters in the 4th District of Barton County to vote for Kenneth Lebbin in the Aug. 5, primary for Commissioner.
I’ve know Ken for over 50 years. I served with him on the Ellinwood Fire Department and City Council. He was born and raised in Barton County and has it’s best interest at heart. I believe serving over 20 years on the Ellinwood City Council gives him a heads up on budgets, capital outlay, working with department heads, what is and is not state and federal mandates, etc.
He will talk and listen to people, research and gather facts before making decisions.
Kenneth Lebbin is the individual we need as our 4th District Commissioner.
