Dear Editor,
Reports are coming in about voting machines changing our votes nationwide. It is my considered opinion that a test be performed on all Barton County machines. Smartmatic machines made by Soros and others are programmed to change the votes. Video surveillance be placed in all voting places. Surveillance of all handling of the votes even if it is on spreadsheets. If the machines are not tested, I will require a paper ballot.
