I am calling upon this newspaper and the County Department of Health to provide us with information regarding the vaccination program which I assume is underway. We are told repeatedly about the daily number of positive COVID-19 cases in our county, and even more frightening, about the total number of people who have died of the virus. As a senior citizen of this county I would be reassured to learn that every effort has been made to roll out the vaccine and that the rate of vaccination is proceeding rapidly.
