To the editor:

At the beginning of this year I wrote in to this paper asking for some questions to be answered. Like where does our money go when we buy our fishing and hunting licenses. I also asked why can’t they put trout and better fish down at Stone Lake instead of Vets. I also asked whoever is in charge of these lakes why can’t they put some signs up at Stone Lake that say “No ATV or dirt bikes or off road vehicles down here.”

A lot of my friends and other people that really like to fish down there would like to see this, especially for the handicap and the elderly. But I see in the paper they put the trout back down at Vets Lake, which tells me whoever is in charge of these lakes doesn’t really care or they are too lazy to get off their butts to do anything the right way. We know Stone Lake is on the wrong side of the tracks for the people in charge but we would like to see more improvement down there.
