To the editor:

I would like to thank the fine staff and doctors at Clara Barton Hospital for their work and dedication to quality medical practices, which helped me to obtain a positive conclusion with my health-care needs this past year. 

Like their namesake, Clara Barton, Civil War nurse and founder of the American Red Cross, the folks at Clara Barton Hospital realize that empathy, heartfelt concern, and compassion are as much a part of the healing process as good medical technique.

My family and I find them top providers for expert medical care in this region.
