To the editor:

This is not a political letter. I want to thank the Barton Commissioners for making the intersection of 30 Road and north Washington much safer. Removing the trees really helped. Driving west on 30 road and stopping at North Washington Street is now much easier to see north bound traffic. I use this intersection several times a month. Sometimes we only criticize local politicians and do not thank them.
