NEWTON — The Barton Community College men’s golf team struggled in Monday’s Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Men’s Championship at Newton’s Sand Creek Station Golf Course.
The Cougars finished in 10th after the 36-hole first round, and Tuesday’s second round was canceled due to inclement weather, leaving them in last place in the 10-team field at 670.
Jeremie Eloy finished in 29th place overall to lead Barton, shooting a 161.
