The 7th annual Wounded Warrior Golf Scramble to benefit soldiers from Fort Riley is set for Saturday, Sept. 12 in Fort Riley.

The event hosted by Barton Community College will take place at Custer Hill Golf Course, Fort Riley. The 4-man scramble will be a shotgun start at 10 a.m. The registration deadline is Aug. 29.

Individual golfers not on a team will be folded into teams. Members of Barton’s men’s and women’s golf teams will be available to join any team that needs extra players.

Entry fee is $60 per person which includes the day of golfing, cart, meal and participation gifts. The tournament is limited to the first 36 teams to sign up.

The event is an opportunity to support our soldiers as well as thank them for their service and sacrifice to our country.
