LARNED — Larned Indian Kaylee Hagerman enjoyed a perfect day with gold medals in the 200 (27.15), long jump (16-6), triple jump (35-10) and the Indians' 400-meter relay (50.99) with Taeten Reynolds, Akielah Collins and Alexa Beltz at Friday's Larned Track Invitational.
Larned's Cadee Upson won the shot put (37-11) and discus (106-10). Beltz won the 100 meters (13.89).
The Larned girls (161) won the team title.
The Otis-Bison Cougars won four events — Emma McMillan, javelin (102-8); Ava Kenyon, 400 (1:04.75); Destiny Mitchell, 3,200 (14:05.08) and the 3,200-meter relay (11:30.09) with Kenyon, McMillan, Mitchell and Abigail Rodriguez.
St. John's trio of winners were Lydia Reed, 800 (2:35.2), Mia Meyer, high jump (5-0); and the 1,600-meter relay (4:27.3) with Heidi Fisher, Reagan Bonner, Meyer and Reed.
Ellinwood's Julia Schlessiger won the 1,609 (6:31.69).
BOYS DIVISION — Larned's double winner Luke Fischer won the shot put (43-7) and javelin (144-10) to lead the Indians (113) to the team championship with Nickerson (106.5) second.
Larned's McDaniel won the 3,200 (11:41.83). The Indians won the 400-meter relay (46.55) with Hunter Pontius, Dalen Rasmussen, Jeron Debes and David Colglazier.
Ellinwood's Logan Panning was a triple winner in the 100 (11.93), 200 (23.82) and 400 (52.48).
St. John's Quade Smith swept the 800 (2:10.06) and 1,600 (5:01.2). The Tigers swept the 1,600 relay (3:45.46) with Jace Reyes, Ian Dunn, Braxton Alpers and Smith; and the 3,200 relay (9:35.2) with Reyes, Dunn, Alpers and Smith.
Otis-Bison's Gavin Alloway won the long jump (18-63/4) and triple jump (40-41/2). Otis-Bison's Ian Haselhorst won the high jump (6-0).Ismael Cortez won the discus (120-10).
Ellinwood's Gabriel Martinez won the pole vault (10-6).
