The fourth-annual Great Bend Storm Special Olympics Turkey Bowl will kick off at 10 a.m. on Friday at Great Bend High School’s Memorial Stadium.
Registration begins at 9 a.m.
The event will feature seven-on-seven teams in flag football-style games and all ages are welcome. It is a double-elimination tournament and how long the tourney lasts depends on how many teams participate.
Games will be played from sideline to sideline, not goal to goal. This way, up to three games will be played at one time.
For an entry fee, organizers ask for a minimum of a $20 donation per player.
All proceeds will go to the Storm Special Olympics.
