The fifth-annual Great Bend Storm Special Olympics Turkey Bowl will kick off at 10 a.m. Friday at Great Bend High School’s Memorial Stadium. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.The event will feature seven-on-seven teams in flag football-style games and all ages are welcome. It is a single-elimination tournament and how long the tourney lasts depends on how many teams participate.Games will be played from sideline to sideline, not goal to goal.
