ELLIS GIRLS 49, PAWNEE HEIGHTS 42 (7TH) — Addi Pelton (14) and Evie Pelton (13) scored in double figures as the Pawnee Heights girls lost to Ellis 49-42 for seventh place at the Quinter Castle Rock Tournament.

RAWLINS COUNTY GIRLS 57, PAWNEE HEIGHTS 37 — Abby Hands scored 12 points with nine rebounds in a 57-37 setback to Rawlins County at the Quinter Castle Rock Tournament. Callie Amspacker and Lili Cissell added eight apiece.

DIGHTON 60, PAWNEE HEIGHTS 33 (7TH) — Owen Giffin scored 17 points with 14 rebounds to earn a double/double in a 60-33 setback to Dighton at the Quinter Castle Rock Tournament

Dighton's Dom Paz scored 17 points.

RAWLINS COUNTY 63, PAWNEE HEIGHTS 52 (7TH) — Pawnee Heights roared ahead 25-6, but foul trouble led to Dighton outscoring 57-27 after the first quarter. It marked the second time in two years the Tigers have scored 50-plus points.

Cody Holste scored 25 points. Owen Giffin contributed 13 points and four assists. Logan Enabnit scored 11 points with eight rebounds.

"We got up had two top players in foul trouble," said Tiger coach John Giffin.

Dom Paz led Rawlins County with 17 points.

QUINTER 78, PAWNEE HEIGHTS 32 — Pawnee Heights Owen Giffin contributed 15 points and Cody Holste added 10 points in a 78-32 setback to Quinter at the Castle Rock Tournament.

Quinter overpowered the Tigers with superior height and athleticism with a physical style.
