Dan Witt poses with trout he caught from Veterans Memorial Park Monday afternoon. They range from one to two pounds each and he reeled them in on “power bait.” The limit is five. Witt said the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism stocked new fish last week, and there are larger ones out there so he plans on going back. He noted that fishing at Vets is a great angling experience for kids, also.
