Cardinal girls place ninth at Great Bend
GREAT BEND — The Hoisington girls wrestling team scored 117 points to place ninth in the Great Bend Christmas Wrestling Classic filled with 5A and 6A teams. It provided smaller-class wrestlers an opportunity to challenge bigger-class opponents.
Ayla Brown (155) led the Cardinals with a fifth-place finish.
Placing seventh were Trinity Graves (125); Tristin Compton (135); and Amerie Hinz (235).
