HOISINGTON — Cimarron's Mikayla Miller scored 23 points in a 52-40 victory over Hoisington in Friday's semifinals at the Hoisington Winter Basketball Jam. Miller scored 15 third-quarter points to ignite a 20-5 scoring edge in the period.
Macy Hanzlick led the Cardinals with 16 points and Jaci Guthrie added nine points. Hoisington led 24-20 at halftime as six Cardinals scored in the second period. Hoisington (4-6) plays Ellinwood (6-4) for third place.
