HALSTEAD – Hoisington’s volleyball team finished 4-1 with a third-place finish at the Central Kansas League volleyball tournament. The Cardinals downed Smoky Valley 25-15, 25-13 for third place after losing to CKL champion Halstead 25-21, 25-21 in the Dragons’ tightest match of the day.
The Larned Indians (0-4) pushed Pratt to three sets before losing 25-29, 18-25, 25-13.
