Cougar Booster golf tourney postponed

Due to heavy rainfall in Great Bend, the fourth annual "Cougar Open" Golf Tournament scheduled for today has been postponed and rescheduled for Friday, May 6, at Great Bend's StoneRidge Country Club Golf Course.  

The golf tournament is an annual event supported by the Barton Community College Cougar Booster Club, with proceeds from the event helping to support athletic programs at the college. Scheduled for a 1 p.m. shotgun start, cost for each participant is $100 which includes golf cart rental and golf course fees.  The event also includes hole prizes concluded by prizes, raffle, and dinner, as well as, interaction with athletic coaches and student-athletes.
