ELLINWOOD – Ellinwood outscored Otis-Bison 10-3 for a first-game baseball victory and completed a sweep with a 2-1 victory in Saturday's nightcap.

Ellinwood stayed red hot with a doubleheader sweep over Lyons 5-4 and 14-2 Monday night.

ELLINWOOD 10, OTIS-BISON 3 (G1) – Ellinwood's Parker Scheck drove home three runs to spark a victory. Weston Corbett drove home two runs.

Scheck singled home Doll and David Hammeke scored on a first-inning passed ball. Otis-Bison's Anton Foust homered in the second inning. 

Otis-Bison's Reichal and Nathan Roth delivered RBI singles to score Schwindt and Reichal in the third inning for a 3-2 lead.  Tyler Stuhlsatz doubled home Hammeke and Scheck singled home Stuhlsatz in a two-run third inning for a 4-3 lead.

Weston Corbett's single scored Gage Hosman and Trey Schofield and Corbett scored on Koy Behnke's sacrifice fly for a 7-3 lead. Schofield's single scored Hammeke. Hammeke's single scored Doll and Hammeke scored on a passed ball for a 10-3 final

ELLINWOOD 2, OTIS-BISON 1 (G2) – Five Ellinwood pitchers combined to strike out 11 Otis-Bison batters in a brilliantly pitched ballgame. Reliever Kyler Doll retired the final batters in order.

Stuhlsatz singled home Doll in the first inning. Otis-Bison's Ethan Graff scored on a first-inning double steal with Seth Hoopingarner. Gage Hosman singled home Stuhlsatz for the game-winning fourth-inning run.

ELLINWOOD 5, LYONS 4 (G1) – Ellinwood pitcher Tyler Knop struck out 10 batters in a solid complete 112-pitch performance. Knop struck out Carlos Valerio to strand the game-tying runner on base.

Ellinwood scored five fifth-inning runs. Adam Mannie's double scored Koy Behnke and Knop. Kyler Doll singled home Mannie. Hammeke's single scored Weston Corbett and Ryan Niles for a 5-2 lead. 

ELLINWOOD 14, LYONS 2 (G2) – Ellinwood's Hammeke and Hosman shared hitting honors with three RBIs apiece in a 14-2 victory in the nightcap. Hammeke singled home Doll to ignite a four-run first inning. Knop singled home Hosman. Hammeke and Scheck scored on passed balls.

Ryan Niles scored on Hammeke's fly ball to start a three-run third inning. Doll scored on Stuhlsatz's triple. Stuhlsatz scored on a passed ball for a 7-0 lead. Hosman's single scored Hammeke and Stuhlsatz for a 9-2 lead after five innings. 

Ellinwood scored five seventh-inning runs.  Corbett scored on Hammeke's single. Niles scored on a Stuhlsatz single. Hammeke scored on a groundout. Doll scored on a passed ball. Stuhlsatz scored on Hosman's double for a 14-2 victory.
