Ellinwood Eagles sweep 5th CPL title

Ellinwood captures fifth consecutive Central Prairie League volleyball title with a 25-23, 25-13 victory over two-time defending 1A state champion Central Plains. OTIS — Perennial Central Prairie League powerhouse Ellinwood swept past Central Plains 25-23, 25-13 to capture Saturday's Central Prairie League volleyball championship for the fifth consecutive year.

Central Plains has captured the past two state volleyball titles, but they haven't beaten the Eagles for the CPL Tournament title.
