Ellinwood also counted scores by seventh-place Luke Heinz (85) and 10th-place medalist Braden Lewis (87). Drew Heinz carded several birdies and Luke Heinz birdied a hole.
Cheney's Aiden Lynch shot 4-over-par 75 to edge Drew Heinz by one stroke. Players battled winds blowing from 20 to 40 mph.
