LANGDON – Ellinwood’s Britton Dutton surpassed the 1,000-point barrier with a 41-point outing to spark the Eagles past Stafford 63-31 in Monday’s Falcon Basketball Classic. Dutton converted 17 of 22 field goals and 4 of 5 on 3-pointers.
Cody Zink contributed five steals and seven rebounds. Koy Behnke dished out six assists. Stafford’s Shawn Sheets and Ashton Harter each scored seven points.
The Ellinwood girls picked up a forfeit victory over Stafford's girls.
