TOPEKA — The Great Bend fifth grade Panthers football team is at it again. On Nov. 22 and 23, the Panthers are taking part in the 12th-annual National Youth Sports Sanctioning Organization Turkey Bowl at Topeka.
This post season football tournament encompasses grades two through eight, and features some of the toughest competition for our young athletes, coach Corey Chansler said.
“These kids have worked hard all year to make it to this stage and prove why the Great Bend Panthers are a force to be reckoned with. We would like to welcome all members of the community to attend and witness some great football.”
