On Saturday, the GBMS girls’ “A” basketball team defeated Hays Middle School 33-27 in overtime to improve to 6-2 on the season.

In the “B” game, Great Bend’s girls (3-5 overall) beat Hays Middle School 24-13 with Allison Neeland leading the way with 10 points.
In game two, Salina Lakewood beat GBMS 11-1.
In games against Salina South this past Thursday, the Lady Panthers’ “A” team won 37-25 and the “B” team won 18-5.

“A” team: Kate Warren 14 points, Keely Ireland 7 points.
“B” team: Melani Garcia, Destiny English, Kendal Sell 4 points each.

The GBMS Panthers “A” team remained undefeated (6-0) for the year with a 40-35 win over Salina South on Thursday.
The “B” team wasn’t so fortunate losing, 29-34.
The Panthers’ next game is on the road at Hays Middle School on Thursday.
