Larned Indian Braydon Lemuz signs a letter of intent to wrestle at Pratt Community College. Front row—Anthony Lemuz, Braydon’s father; Braydon Lemuz; Stacie Lemuz, Braydon’s mother; back row—Tyson Atteberry, Larned Junior Indian Wrestling Club; Rick Alboyd, Larned assistant coach; Matt Sleder, Larned head wrestling coach. Lemuz placed fifth at the 3A state tournament last spring. Lemuz (30-6, 138) downed Goodland’s Mason Hernandez 6-1 to place fifth at 3A state. Hoxie’s state champion Dylan Weimer beat Lemuz 6-2 in the semifinals.
