RILEY – Larned’s wrestling team tied Marysville 34-34 for first place but lost a tiebreaker to finish runner-up at the Riley County dual tournament.

The Indians defeated Riley County 58-12 and Smoky Valley 43-24, but tied Riley County 34-34 and lost seven of 13 matches.

Larned’s defending state champion Samajay Alboyd (160), Austin Armstrong (113), Dillen Hook (120), Luke Fisher (126), Gatlin Hoch (132) all won three matches.
