The Barton Blazers took first place in a C Bracket after defeating the Oklahoma Deer Creek Bucs 44-29 at the 2013 MAYB Summer Kickoff over the weekend. The tournament boasted 29 fifth-grade teams competing in three brackets at the Wichita Farha Center, and over 700 teams from 20 states participated in the event.
