Macksville downs Pawnee Heights for title

ROZEL — Macksville (14-3) outlasted Pawnee Heights (9-7) 22-25, 25-18, 25-13 in a wild 3-set championship match of the Rozel/Burdett Volleyball Tournament. Both teams played their best volleyball of the season.

Macksville’s Kambry Adams led the championship way with 13 winners and 7 digs. Mayce Russell contributed 12 serves received, 8 digs and 7 winners.

Setter Isabela Ortiz delivered 67 assists and 2 blocks. Roxanne Carrrillo supplied 20 serves and 16 serves received. Morgan Sebes delivered 17 serves and Logan Sanders had 2 blocks.
