HEALY – The Otis-Bison Cougars swept five matches without losing a set  to capture the Healy Volleyball Tournament. The Cougars, last year’s 1A-Division 2 state runner-up, downed the Golden Plains Bulldogs 25-15, 25-19 in Saturday’s championship match. Janelle Maier is the Otis-Bison head coach. Otis-Bison defeated Syracuse 25-13, 25-16; Deerfield 25-3, 25-11; Ransom-Western Plains 25-14, 25-9; and Tribune Greeley County 25-5, 25-10 to reach the championship match. Playing regularly for the Cougars were Cora Anderson, Maddie Wiltse, Cristen Trapp, Hannah Tanger, Kaleigh Maier, Lauren Maier and Sidney Schneider.
