Otis-Bison's Allie Smith sank three free throws after a Macksville technical foul for a 24-20 lead.
Macksville benefited from a technical foul on Otis-Bison for a "restraining lane" violation on the Cougars' inbounds play that led to a game-changing 5-point possession. Macksville's Heidy Ortiz converted two free throws and a 3-pointer for a 25-24 lead.
Ortiz led Macksville with 13 points and Abby Foster added a career high 11 points.
Otis-Bison's Allie Smith continues a hot finish to the season with a career high 25 points.
