“It was a really good weather day with low winds on a golf course in fabulous condition,” said Great Bend coach Travis McAtee. “We will continue to work on hitting more fairways and greens and putting better. We have a busy week ahead with three varsity tournaments Monday, Thursday and Friday. We’ll have a better idea of where we are as a team after next week.”
Garden City (313) placed first and Garden City’s Sion Audrain shot 4-under-par 68 to capture medalist honors.
