HAYS — The Great Bend Panthers swept rival Hays High 45-22 in the Western Athletic Conference dual meet. The Panther girls completed the sweep with a 30-15 victory.

Panthers No. 5 ranked Kaden Spragis (120), No. 1 ranked defending state champion Wyatt Weber (138), Skyler McMullen (152), Vanden Wenrich (160), Matthew Johnson (182) and Brody Schnoebelen (195) earns wins on pins. Panthers Emanuel Prieto (113), Avery Wolf (126), Jace Schartz (145) won on decisions.

PANTHER GIRLS — Great Bend's girls won three contested matches with Rosa Campos (115), No. 1 ranked defending state champion Breanna Ridgeway (132) and No. 3 ranked Sierra Ferguson (143) won on pins.
