Otis-Bison blanks Triplains
OTIS – Otis-Bison quarterback Kade Urban threw for four touchdown passes in a 48-0 victory over Triplains in Eight-Man 2, District 6 football.
Urban completed two TD passes to Kade Scott and added TD passes to Brad Lightfoot and Anton Foust. Urban scored on a 21-yard run and Lighfoot scored on a 31-yard run. Blake Bahr started the game with a 74-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. The game ended at halftime.
Cougars Trevor Trapp and Daniel Scott intercepted passes.
Otis-Bison (5-3, 2-2 District) was eliminated from playoff contention with a 36-30 loss to Dighton last week.

Oilers clinch playoff berth
CLAFLIN – Central Plains scored three defensive touchdowns to clinch an Eight-Man I playoff berth with a 58-0 football victory over St. John. Central Plains (8-0, 4-0 District) will play South Central (7-1) or Argonia-Attica (7-1) in the Eight-Man 1 playoffs.
Devin Ryan and Alex Barton returned interceptions for touchdowns and Phillip Donecker returned a fumble for a score. Quarterback Ryan completed a pair of touchdown passes for 46 and 53 yards to Bryce Miller. Alex Hickel, Dalton Beck, Devin Ryan and Dylan Lemieux scored Oiler touchdowns.

Eagles soar past Little River
LITTLE RIVER – Quarterback Myles Menges threw four touchdown passes and ran for two scores to spark Ellinwood past Little River 58-36 in Eight-Man 1, District 5 football. Ellinwood (2-6, 1-3 District) plays Canton-Galva next week.
Menges threw accurately all night and completed two TD passes to Tyson Martinez and one apiece to Eric Jones and Peyton Duvall. Martinez scored a rushing TD and Destin Baker scored on a 44-yard run. Menges helped stop Little River’s rally with 4- and 23-yard TD runs.
Little River QB Clay Zeller threw three TD passes to Peyton Harvey and added a TD run.
