WICHITA— It came down to a classic case of brother against brother at this weekend’s state track and field championships. Twelve inches made the difference as Hoisington’s Brandon Ball took top honors in the boys pole vault at 15 ft. Brother Jonathan came in second at 14 ft. while Christopher Ball placed sixth with a vault of 12-06.00.
