HOISINGTON 44, KINGMAN 3

HOISINGTON - Defending Central Kansas League football champion Hoisington roared past Kingman 44-3 behind three touchdowns by Hunter Hanzlick and two touchdowns by Cameron Davis, an emerging star.
Davis finished with 175 yards rushing and Hanzlick rushed for 165 yards. The Cardinals gained 435 yards to 116 yards by Kingman. The Cardinals (1-0, 1-0) entertain Class 3A powerhouse Wichita Collegiate (1-0) Friday night. The Spartans were Class 3A state runner-up in 2015.
