Central Plains shuts down Peabody-Burns 50-0

PEABODY — The Central Plains High School football team leaned on running back Benn Kirmer in a 50-0 win on Friday night.
Kirmer raced to 123 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns. He also scored on a 76-yard kickoff return to start the game.
The Oilers (5-1) also got three touchdowns from running back Nick Schepmann, who rushed for 52 yards and two touchdowns, and caught a 67-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Bryce Steiner.

CUNNINGHAM — Otis-Bison totaled 305 rushing yards on its way to a win.
Running back Patrick Piper rushed for 91 yards and two touchdown to lead the Cougars (5-1).
Dylan Wissman added 85 yards and two TDs.
Quarterback Trevor Keller completed 7 of 11 passes for 80 yards and two touchdowns.

MACKSVILLE — Macksville held Minneola to 66 total yards of offense in its home victory. The game ended at halftime because of the mercy rule.
The Mustangs (6-0) were led by quarterback Seth Filbert, who completed 12 of 15 passes for 166 yards, four touchdowns and one interception.
Adam Oak led receivers with 98 yards and one touchdown. Oak also rushed for a 9-yard score.
Taylor Tranbarger caught two touchdown passes from Filbert.

Ethan Johnson rushed for 154 rushing yards and four TDs.
Austin Ceniti added 120 rushing yards and a pair of scores.

St. John 52, South Central 8
COLDWATER — Patrick Prescott rushed for 147 yards and three touchdowns, quarterback Kinser Crissman threw for 195 yards and three scores and St. John dominated South Central.
Zuriel Reyes was the Tigers (5-1) leading receiver for the second straight week, catching three passes for 98 yards and one touchdown.
